Once your batch has been received by our team, the shipments within the batch will transition from 'Pending' to 'In-transit' (located in the left sidebar). Your batch will also be updated from 'Pending' to 'Received'. However, until all shipments within the batch have been received, the batch will remain open in the 'Pending' tab.

You can drop off multiple batches at once, however we recommend combining them whenever possible to keep your account organized. Ensure all your shipments are ready for ShipShop to receive by creating and paying for them. Then, navigate to 'Batches' in the left sidebar, select your desired batch and click 'Print Batch Label' in the top right corner. Your batch label will print just like your postage labels.
